Portland, Election Night

Our sales took a direct hit from the patrons rushing past us to check
out the Mardi Gras type celebration that coalesced in the wake of
Obama's victory, complete with percussion ensemble outside the theater doors. I didn't mind so much- it was strangely gratifying to see so many happy people. Odd because I usually find large groups of happy people an insufferable irritant. -GB
